Abstract (en)
A paper-recovery shredder and chopping assembly has a metal base frame (1) supporting a surrounding cowling (5). The cowling is esp. separated from the base frame by a vibration dampening gasket (2). The gasket (2) is made of an elastic material and is at least 1 mm thick (a) and has a series of peripheral detents which engage with a matching mirror-image forms in the cowling and base frame. The gasket is bonded to the metal base frame and vulcanised. The gasket is also bonded to the cowling rear face. The cowl, gasket and base frame are linked by screw fixtures (4). The base, gasket and cowl have a central aperture for a rotor or stator (9).

Der Garniturträger (1) dient zum Halten von Garnituren (5) in einer für das mechanische Bearbeiten einer Papierfasersuspension vorgesehenen Maschine, z.B. für die Papierfasermahlung in Refinern oder für das Entstippen oder Dispergieren von Altpapierfaserstoff. Der Garniturträger (1) weist eine schwingungsdämpfende Schicht (2) auf, die sich zwischen der Garnitur (5) und einem zum Garniturträger (1) gehörenden metallischen Grundkörper befindet. Dadurch wird die Lärmemission wesentlich reduziert. <IMAGE>
