[origin: EP1256670A1] The insertion-pin (9) of the handle (2) protrudes into the fixed housing (4). A blocking-member (6) is adjustable, in the housing, between a locking position in which it blocks the pin from turning, and an unlocking position in which it allows the pin to turn.
