Abstract (en)
Method for identification of a returnable object (1) to which a deposit has been applied. The object has an element (11) that can be switched or activated prior to sale or to activate the object deposit. When the object is returned and the deposit paid, then the element is deactivated to show that the object no longer has a deposit. The object is activated or switched with a low frequency radio wave. An Independent claim is made for a returnable or non-returnable object that has an element that can be switched between deposit, i.e. returnable, and non-deposit modes. The element is re-useable, i.e. it can by used multiple times if the object is being returned.

Zur Identifikation eines Objektes (1), welches mit einem Rücknahmepfand belegbar ist, wird am Objekt (1) ein im Niederfrequenzbereich, wie Radiowellenbereich, mindestens lesbares und/oder gegebenenfalls ein schaltbares bzw. aktivierbares Element (11) vorgesehen, welches gegebenenfalls vor oder bei Abgabe des Objektes und/oder Entrichtung eines Pfandes für das Objekt derart aktiviert wird, dass das Objekt als mit einem Pfand belegt identifizierbar ist. Vor oder bei Rücknahme des Objektes (1) wird das Element gelesen und gegebenenfalls bei Vergütung des Pfandes wird das Element (11) derart aktiviert oder deaktiviert, dass das Objekt als nicht mit einem Pfand belegt identifizierbar ist. <IMAGE>
