[origin: WO0165425A1] A method of establishing internet contact such as between a first vehicle and a second vehicle includes the step of providing a first computer within the first vehicle. The method additionally includes the step of providing a second computer within the second vehicle. The second vehicle has a license plate including a first sequence of characters. The method further includes the step of creating an e-mail address for the second computer including a second sequence of characters identical to the first sequence of characters. The method further yet includes the step of sending an e-mail message from the first computer to the e-mail address. Or the method provides random-line of sight contact vehicle to vehicle or one person to a second.
