Abstract (en)
A method for surface preparation of wooden panels, or simulated wood panels, uses polishing discs/brushes (10) fitted to vertical drive shafts driven by servo motors. The panels are moved under the polishing heads to process the edges of the panels as well as the overall surface area of the panels. The panels are moved over sensors which determine the size and shape of each panel enabling the polishing process to be applied over the surface of the panel. The polishing discs are mounted on support plates and the polishing heads are movable to suit the shape of the panels.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Versäubern von Werkstücken (1) aus Holz und/oder Holzersatzstoffen, die mit einer Beschichtung an ihrer einen Breitseite versehen sind, weist zur Bearbeitung der zweiten, bei der Bearbeitung obenliegenden Werkstückbreite diese bestreichende, rotierend angetriebene Bürsten auf. Hierbei handelt es sich um Bürstaggregate (6), die jeweils aus Antriebsmotor (7) mit nach unten vertikal herausgeführter Motorspindel (8) und aus einer daran aufgenommenen Bürstscheibe (10) mit an der freien, nach unten weisenden Stirnseite (11) angeordneter Arbeitsfläche bestehen, wobei die Bürstaggregate (6) zum einen vertikal sowie zum anderen parallel zur Ebene der plattenförmigen Werkstücke (1) verfahrbar sind. <IMAGE>
