Rail profile comprises two opposite-lying C-shaped connecting regions (1) each having two parallel side walls (2) protruding from a rear wall (4) and free end regions (5) provided with angled bars (6). The two rear walls are joined to each other by connecting walls (7). The rear walls each have a V-shaped cross-section with a base angle ( beta ) facing the free ends of less than 180 degrees . Preferred Features: The base angle is 120-160 degrees . The apex line (3) of the rear wall formed by the base angle runs in the middle of the side walls parallel to the side walls.

Ein Schienenprofil ist mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, einen im wesentlichen C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Anschlussbereichen (1) versehen, die jeweils eine Rückwand (4) mit einem im wesentlichen V-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Durch die derart ausgebildete Rückwand (4) ist die Bauhöhe (a) des Schienenprofils gering, und dadurch erhöht sich deren Handlichkeit. <IMAGE>
