Abstract (en)
The cover for has a transparent format and includes fitting parts to engage with light body parts. The cover (5) is designed so that fixing means (12-15) are provided, which allow the exchangeable reliable application of different shades (22-24) at the cover (5), with selective damping of the light cone (20) in a radial direction. The cover (5) has a polygon cross section with equal length sides (7-9). These can be provided individually with inner side shades running over the entire illuminating axial length of the cover (5).

Bei einer Abdeckung (5) für eine in einer Beleuchtungseinheit (1) gefasste Leuchtstoffröhre (6), respektive einer Beleuchtungseinheit (1) mit einer derartigen Abdeckung (5), welche die Leuchtstoffröhre (6) im wesentlichen über die ganze leuchtende axiale Länge im wesentlichen transparent abdeckt, wird eine in radialer Richtung selektive und individuell auswechselbare Einstellung des Lichtkegels der Leuchtstoffröhre (6) dadurch erreicht, dass Befestigungsmittel (12-15) vorgesehen sind, welche die austauschbare sichere Anbringung von den Lichtkegel in radialer Richtung selektiv bedämpfenden unterschiedlichen Blenden erlauben. <IMAGE>
