[origin: EP1473515A2] The water lance blower (18) is connected to the water supply pipe, with its opening (31) at or in a hatch (32) of a heating installation to deliver a water jet into the burner zone of the heating installation, to clean the walls which can be reached through the hatch. The lance drive system has a drive unit (2) to control the water lance (18), and a holder (1) to mount it at the heating installation. Sections (15-17,44) of the water supply system are integrated into the holder (1). A flexible hose (21) connects the lance to the water supply pipe system. The dimensions of the water lance assembly are defined by the swing movement range of the lance. The holder (1) has a connection (23) for a remote control and/or remote diagnosis.
