[origin: FR2805631A1] The balance or part of the balance associated with a prepaid card (CA) with or without microcircuit is paid into a server collecting balance parts, as donation to charities, after a communication has been established between a terminal (PU) and the server (SE) and after the payment has been validated by the user on the terminal for incrementing a counter with the balance or balance part. In another embodiment, parts of balance are paid cyclically into the server, or into a connecting unit (UR), as a telephone communication develops.
