Abstract (en)
A broad band of flexible material (6) acts as a seat and its first end is fastened to the first end of the U-shaped frame (9). The second end of the band is wound up on a motor-driven roller (5) in a housing (3) mounted on the second end of the U-shaped frame. This end of the frame may be hinged to the edge of the bath so that the seat may be swung up out of the way.

Um für einen ein Sitzband (6) aufweisenden Wannenlift eine leichte Handhabung zu gewährleisten, kann gemäß einer ersten Lösung das Sitzband (6) an einem u-förmigen Bügel (9) befestigt sein, der um eine Achse parallel zur Walze (5) um 90° vom Badewannenrand (7) gegen eine an die Badewanne (1) anschließende Badezimmerwand (2) geklappt werden kann. Eine andere Lösung besteht darin, neben der Badewanne (1) einen Ständer (20) zu positionieren, der mit Haken an seinem oberen Ende versehen ist, so dass das Sitzband (6) unmittelbar unterhalb des Badewannenrandes (7) eingehakt werden kann. <IMAGE>
