Abstract (en)
The screwdriver to turn a screw (4) through a drive shaft (2), of a power tool, has an inner sleeve (1) fitted to the drive shaft to take a screwdriver attachment (3) with an outer sleeve (6) around it with a restricted axial movement. It has a permanent magnet (7) at its leading side, with a passage opening (7a) through it extending from a profile tip (3a) of the attachment. A screw placed on the profile tip is held in place by the permanent magnet and, at the same time, the screw head (4a) is secured with the full extent of the profile tip into the inner screw head profile, and the outer sleeve is moved by the permanent magnet to bring the end surface (7b) against the surface of the screw head.

Es wird eine Schraubvorrichtung zum Drehen von Schrauben (4) mittels eines an einem Antriebsschaft (2) angreifenden Kraftschraubers beschrieben. Die Schraubvorrichtung enthält eine mit dem Antriebsschaft (2) verbundene Innenhülse (1) zur Aufnahme eines Schraubendreher-Einsatzes (3) und eine auf dieser begrenzt axial verschiebbar gelagerte Außenhülse (6), die an ihrer Vorderseite einen Permanentmagneten (7) aufweist, der mit einer von einer Profilspitze (3a) des Einsatzes (3) durchragten Durchbrechung (7a) versehen ist. Die Außenhülse (6) befindet sich durch die konstruktive Abstimmung der Bauelemente der Schraubvorrichtung in einer solchen Lage, daß beim Aufsetzen einer Schraube (4) auf die Profilspitze (3a) durch die Kraft des Permanentmagneten (7) gleichzeitig sowohl der Schraubenkopf (4a) an die Profilspitze (3a) bis zum vollflächigen Anliegen der Profilspitze (3a) im Innenprofil des Schraubenkopfes (4a) als auch die Außenhülse (6, 10) mit dem Permanentmagneten (7) an den Schraubenkopf (4a) bis zur Anlage der Flächen (4b) und (7b) herangezogen werden. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
