Abstract (en)
The mould filler consists of a mixer (1), a doser (2) and a mould (3), and incorporates a tipping bucket (4) to receive the dose of concrete and distribute it evenly in the mould. The bucket has its inner surfaces coated with a plastic material and is equipped with shaking (5) and tipping (6) mechanisms. The shaker is in the form of a manually or automatically operated vibrator, and the tipper has a system for regulating its speed of rotation.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif destiné à équiper un poste de fabrication de dalles de parement en béton. Ce dispositif est interposable entre un doseur (2) et un moule (3) du poste de fabrication. Il comprend un godet (4) à fond incurvé de réception du béton dosé, des moyens (5) pour secouer ce godet (4) après réception du béton, pour une répartition sensiblement homogène du béton dans le volume intérieur du godet (4), et des moyens (6) pour retourner le godet (4), de sorte que le matériau réparti se déverse progressivement à l'intérieur du moule (3) suivant sa largeur. <IMAGE>
