Abstract (en)

A fibrous web-manufacturing machine comprises drainage rail and/or format slide exhibiting removable edge piece integrating temperature sensor to measure the temperature in the ceramic, temperature at an adhesive point between the ceramic and the associated main body and/or temperature in the main body. <??>A fibrous web-manufacturing machine has a running direction and a sheet forming area (4). The machine comprises at least one suction box (6); porous fabric(s) (5); suction box covering (11) connected to suction box; format slide (16); removable edge pieces (12.2, 18.1, 18.2); and temperature sensor(s) (19). Each suction box includes a main box (7) having connection(s) (8) configured for connection with vacuum source(s) (9). Each connection includes a line (8.1). The porous fabric motivates the fibrous web through the sheet forming area in close proximity to suction box. It has two edge zones. Each edge zone is parallel to the running direction and located on an outer edge of the porous fabric. The suction box covering includes ≥ 2 drainage rails (12, 12.1) disposed laterally to the running direction. The drainage rails border a suction slit (13). Each drainage rail includes a drainage rail main body (14), drainage rail ceramic(s) (15) and drainage rail adhesive point(s) joining the drainage rail main body and drain component ceramic(s). The format slide is located in each of the edge zone of each suction slit including a format slide main body (17), format slide ceramic(s) (18) and format slide adhesive point(s) (28) joining the format main body to the format slide ceramic(s). The removable edge piece is connected to format slide and drainage rail. The temperature sensor is connected to the edge piece. Independent claims are also included for the following: <??>(a) A method for monitoring a drainage rail in a paper machine with a running direction by measuring a temperature in drainage rail ceramic, drainage rail adhesive point and/or drainage rail main body; analyzing the temperature in a process control system; comparing the temperature to a threshold value; and dependent upon the analyzing step, using the process control system for (i) activating control component(s) to indicate the temperature has exceeded the threshold value; and/or (ii) initiating a countermeasure of discontinuing heating or commencing cooling in the drainage rail ceramic, drainage rail adhesive point and/or drainage rail main body; and <??>(b) A monitoring system for monitoring a drainage rail in a paper machine comprising a drainage rail ceramic connected to the drainage rail; temperature sensor(s) coupled to the drainage rail ceramic; a process control system electrically connected to the temperature sensor; and control component(s) activated by the process control system analyzing an input from the temperature sensor.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft Maschine (1) zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (2) aus einer Faserstoffsuspension (3), mit einem Blattbildungsbereich (4), der mindestens einen Saugkasten (6) aufweist, welcher aus einem Grundkasten (7) mit mindestens einer Saugkastenabdeckung (11) besteht, die aus wenigstens zwei quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung (L) verlaufenden, einen Saugschlitz (13) begrenzenden und aus je einem Grundkörper (14) und aus je mindestens einer Keramik (15) bestehenden Entwässerungselementen (12) gebildet ist. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Entwässerungselement (12) und/oder ein Formatschieber (16) mindestens ein abnehmbares Randstück (12.2, 18.1, 18.2, 18.3) aufweist, in welchem mindestens ein Temperatursensor (19, 19.1, 19.2) integriert ist, um die Temperatur in der Keramik (15, 18) und/oder die Temperatur an einer Klebestelle (23) zwischen der Keramik (15, 18) und dem zugeordneten Grundkörper (14, 17) und/oder die Temperatur in dem Grundkörper (14, 17) zu messen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren und ein System zur Überwachung eines Entwässerungselements (12). <IMAGE>
