The roof panel comprises a compound plate e.g. sandwich element with an insulation core between support shells on each side. Independent claim describes method of manufacturing e.g. warehouses by setting up two self-supporting wall elements (2) to be fixed on foundation before mounting finished roof element (1) thereon.
