[origin: DE10124703C1] The cooking equipment (1) comprises a cleaning device (4) which is movably mounted relative to the cooking vessel (3) located inside the cooking equipment. The cleaning device can be moved by a steering unit, from a standby position to a cleaning position inside the cooking vessel. The cleaning device is rotatably fixed to the cooking equipment by ball joints (5,8), and has an arm (6) and a head section (7). The cleaning device further comprises an outlet for discharging a liquid such as a detergent, washing-up liquid, water etc. and a mechanical cleaning mechanism such as a rotatable brush head (10).
