[origin: WO0169619A1] The invention relates to an emergency shutdown key system which contains various functions, such as the possibility to lock, illuminate and unlock by drawing or rotating and drawing. The inventive system comprises a mushroom-shaped actuating head (2) and a base body (4) that is composed of different components and comprises a moveable component and solid components. The aim of the invention is to produce and hold said system in storage in a cost-effective manner and to simply enlarge said system by functions. The emergency shutdown key system can be composed of components that are all designed for various functions and components that are individually designed for certain functions, whereby said system is composed according to a modular concept.
