Abstract (en)
The seating furniture (1), e.g. a bench, has at least one swing support (7) under the base body (2) which pivots on a swing axis (S). In a passive setting, the support is parallel to the body and, in the active setting, it is swung at right angles to the body to hold it off the ground. A locking unit (17) engages the swing support over the swing axis, to lock it in the active setting. The gap between the locking unit and the swing axis is at least 3 cm, and preferably ≥ 5 cm, or ≥ 7 cm or ≥ 9 cm. The lock (23) of the locking unit can be moved between one setting where the support is fixed, and a second position where the support has a free swing movement.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbelstück (1), welches aufweist ein Grundelement (2); mindestens ein Stützelement (7), welches bei Gebrauch des Möbelstücks (1) unterhalb des Grundelements (2) angeordnet ist, und welches um eine Schwenkachse (S) herum schwenkbar gegenüber dem Grundelement (2) gelagert ist, und so von,einer aktiven in eine passive Stellung geschwenkt werden kann, wobei das Möbelstück eine mit dem Grundelement (2) gekoppelte Arretiereinrichtung (17) aufweist, mit welcher das Stützelement (7) oberhalb der Schwenkachse (S) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, um das Stützelement (7) in der aktiven Stellung zu fixieren. <IMAGE>
