Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1262248A1] The flow form die has at least four molding holes which are aligned and spaced from each other. The flow form die is connected to a draw mechanism with squeeze rolls, in order to force the continuous casting material through the flow die, so that the casting material takes the shape of sausages. A tunnel-shaped induction preheater oven is provided after the draw rolls.
