[origin: EP1263010A1] The device has an emergency actuator with a holding journal (22) arranged to move in a bore in a front panel with a normal position in which the actuator is ineffective and the lock cylinder (19) can be moved without resistance into its key removal/insertion position and for moving the emergency actuator into the unlocking position from the normal position only if the lock cylinder is outside the removal/insertion position.
