Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2825036A1] The press comprises a swan-neck frame with a fixed lower table supporting a bending matrix, an upper table with tools on its underside interacting with the matrix, and a support rail (8) with stop fingers (7). The support rail is located in the inner zone of the press, parallel to the bending matrix and at a predetermined distance from the vertical bending plane so that a guide carriage (10) with locking elements is able to slide along it. The guide carriage has two lateral guides on its upper surface extending perpendicular to the bending plane for a transport carriage (11) with a movable front stop (9) and endless screw drive mechanism (17).
