[origin: WO0172608A1] The present invention relates to a dustbin (1) and a dustbin system for inside and outside. The dustbin (1) is provided with a hinged section on the wall thereof. Said section preferably consists of two partial walls (9) which are connected to a stationary component (11) of the wall by means of hinges (10). The operating person does not come into contact with the rubbish when the dustbin (1) is emptied. The dustbin (1) is advantageously unlatched and latched by means of a shaft in an assembly column. Said shaft contacts one or several latching hooks. The aim of the invention is to prevent the partial walls (9) of the dustbin (1) from prematurely and undesirably opening when being removed from the column. Said walls are secured by means of two parallel latching pins (16) that can be unlatched by means of a spring-loaded bar (17). The partial walls (9) are connected to said bar (17) by means of respective connecting rod assemblies (20). Restricted guidance for opening and closing the dustbin (1) is possible by means of said assemblies (20).
