[origin: FR2825616A1] The trolley, designed to carry a person in a horizontal position and able to transfer them to a vertical position, has a H-shaped tubular base (23, 26, 27) with wheels (24, 25), and a tilting support (4) connected to the base by an upright (3) and a detachable coupling (31). The support (4) has a lengthwise bar (41) with a telescopic assembly at one end and a foot (42) with a cross-member (43) at the other, and is designed to receive a shell which supports the lower part of a patient's body and legs during transfer between horizontal and vertical positions.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour faciliter le déplacement d'une personne à mobilité réduite, notamment handicapée moteur, ou accidentée, du type comportant des moyens permettant de transporter une personne et de faire passer ladite personne d'une position horizontale à une position verticale et inversement.Il comporte des moyens de roulement (2, 24, 25, 26, 27) permettant son déplacement, associés à des moyens (4) de maintien de la personne aptes à permettre le basculement de celle-ci, et en ce que les moyens de roulement (2, 24, 25, 26, 27) et les moyens de maintien (4) sont reliés par l'intermédiaire d'un mât (3) solidarisé aux moyens de roulement (2, 24, 25, 26, 27) par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de fixation réversible (31).
