Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wellnessgerät aus elastischem Material, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem stab- beziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß an dem stabbeziehungsweise stangenförmigen Gebilde an seinen in Längsrichtung gesehenen Enden als Gewicht ausgebildete Schutzvorrichtungen angordnet sind. <IMAGE>
