[origin: EP1550483A1] The appliance to generate a feeling of well-being is a rod (1), of an elastic material which can be excited into vibrations. Protective and exchangeable weights (3) are at the ends of the rod, and a grip (2) is around the rod at the center. The grip material has sufficient residual tension to hold it in place on the rod. The cross section of the rod can be circular, oval, rectangular or square.
