Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1266737A2] The milling drums (1) have a tool-holder between the flanges (5) of which are shafts (4) onto which milling tools are loosely rotarily mounted. Cutting and support elements (20) are axially mounted at any point on the shafts and between the flanges. The cutting and support elements have a semicircular cavity determining the diameter of the central pipe (6).
