[origin: EP1267009A2] For a building facade, a carrier structure (10) is formed by the uprights and clamps using one material. The structure (12) to hold the glass, of another material, is fitted directly into the carrier structure in a positive fit without any additional fasteners. The two materials are selected which can be combined together.
