[origin: WO0141614A1] The invention relates to a toilette paper moistening device (1) equipped with a reservoir (6) that, in addition to a roller (15) or a moistening element (8) which lifts cleaning liquid (7) out of said reservoir (6), is also equipped with elements (16) that are provided in the form of spring elements (52, 53, 54) for guiding paper thereover. According to specification, this enables either dry or moistened cleaning paper (2) to be provided to the user since the spring elements (52, 53, 54) ensure that the cleaning paper (2) reaches the roller (15) only when an appropriate load is exerted through the cleaning paper (2), which is slightly slowed when passing over the friction generator (14).
