[origin: WO0169073A1] The invention relates to a method for conducting a leakage test of a tank system of a vehicle according to which the tank (1) is closed in a sealed manner by closing means (7, 96) after the vehicle is switched off. Afterwards, the pressure generated in the tank system is measured by a pressure sensor (8) and the existence or non-existence of a leak is verified according to the course of pressure over time. The invention also relates to a device for conducting a leakage test according to said method.
