Abstract (en)
Low pressure mold casting device comprises a casting station (1) and working stations (8, 9, 10). A clamping unit (2) for receiving a mold (3) having a coupling element (17) is assigned to the casting station. The clamping unit holds the mold halves together during casting. A gripping and transporting system (5) is also included for receiving the mold by gripping the coupling element and for transporting the mold between the working stations. An Independent claim is also included for the mold used in the casting device. Preferably the casting station has a melting oven (4). The mold has a code for identifying the casting mold.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Niederdruck-Kokillengiessanlage mit wenigstens einer Giessstation (1) und wenigstens einer weiteren Arbeitsstation (8, 9, 10). Der Giessstation (1) ist eine Klemmeinheit (2) zur Aufnahme einer Ankopplungselemente (17) aufweistenden Kokille (3) zugeordnet, welche die Kokillenhälften (3a, 3b) während des Giessens zusammenhält. Ein Greif- und Transportsystem (5) ist vorhanden zur Aufnahme der Kokille (3) durch Angreifen an den Ankopplungselementen (17) und zum Transport der Kokille (3) zwischen der weiteren Arbeitsstation (8, 9, 10) und der Giessstation (1) oder weiteren Arbeitsstationen (8, 9, 10), wobei die Kokille (3) an der Giessstation (1) an die Klemmeinheit (2) übergeben bzw. von dieser übernommen wird. Die Erfindung betrifft des weiteren eine Kokille (3) für eine solche Anlage. <IMAGE>
