[origin: EP1270220A2] A guide system (17,18) is located on the side supports of a printing (1) or coating machine. The system has at least one vertical- or off-vertical guide (17) and at least one horizontal guide (18). A transfer can be carried out at the cross-over region of the guides by a moveable bearing (19) which is in functional connection with the guide system (17,18). At least one of the vertical guides has a fixed bearing (25) receiving one of the rollers (16) or cylinders (12,9,8). One of the rollers or cylinders can be alternately inserted into either the movable or fixed bearing.
