The prefabricated and transportable construction component (1), for the erection of walls and/or ceilings, has a concrete core (5) and a layer of bricks (7) using bricks and mortar. The brick layer acts as a lost mold for the concrete. A brick wall is erected at a gap from a mold shell wall, using bricks and mortar, and the space between the wall and the mold shell is filled with concrete to shape the concrete core.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein vorgefertigtes transportables Bauelement (1) für die Errichtung von Wänden oder/und Decken mit einem Betonkern (5) und einer an dem Betonkern anliegenden Lage aus Mauersteinen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Mauersteinlage als durch die Mauersteine und Mörtel errichtete Mauerwerksschicht (7) ausgebildet, wobei es sich bei der Mauerwerksschicht (7) vorzugsweise um eine verlorene Schalung des Betonkerns (5) handelt. Ein solches Bauelement (1) lässt sich nach einem Verfahren herstellen, bei dem im Abstand von einer Schalungswand (30) aus Mauerstein und Mörtel eine Mauer errichtet und der Raum (34) zwischen der Schalungswand und der Mauer unter Bildung des Betonkerns (5) mit Beton ausgegossen wird. <IMAGE>
