[origin: EP1270839A2] The prefabricated and transportable construction component (1), for the erection of walls and/or ceilings, has a concrete core (5) and a layer of bricks (7) using bricks and mortar. The brick layer acts as a lost mold for the concrete. A brick wall is erected at a gap from a mold shell wall, using bricks and mortar, and the space between the wall and the mold shell is filled with concrete to shape the concrete core.
