[origin: WO0176449A1] The aim of the invention is to provide a device (1, 1', 1") for conveying flowing substances which does not require any special delivery conditions for operation compared to conventional pumps and which has a simple construction. To this end, the invention provides for an arrangement (10, 10', 10") in which the substances are subjected to pressure through a gaseous conveying medium, said pressure being switched alternately between two pressure levels in such a way that at a low pressure level, the substances enter the arrangement (10, 10', 10") and at a high pressure level, the substances are conveyed in the desired direction of travel.
