[origin: WO0178098A1] The invention relates to an electrical switchgear (1), especially a temperature controller, temperature limiter or the like, consisting essentially of a switch contact device (2) comprising a stationary (3) and a movable contact element (4), and of an adjusting element (6) for transferring the movable contact element (4) of the switch contact device (2) from a closed position to an open position and vice versa. The inventive switchgear further comprises a transmission element (10) having a cone (11, 11') on at least one end thereof that is disposed in a recess (12, 12') of a spring element linked with the movable contact element (4) and/or of the adjusting element (6), and a fastening device (13) on which the stationary contact element (3), the spring element, and the adjusting element (6) are fastened. The dimension(s) of the recess (12) or the recesses (12') accommodating the cone (11) or the cones (11, 11') is/are larger in the direction of projection of the adjusting element (6) or of the spring element from the fastening device (13) than perpendicularly to the direction of projection.
