Abstract (en)
The products (1) are moved to a stationary cutting blade (5) by a conveyor. This has at least one continuous conveyor belt (9), chain, or toothed belt, to hold and support the products. The device also has a rotating counter blade (11) with circular cutting edge, which is formed by a disc rotating with the conveyor. The two blades form a cutting gap (8), decreasing in size in a downward direction, into which the products are fed and where they are cut.

Die Vorrichtung weist Transportmittel (9, 11) auf, mit denen die zu schneidenden Produkte (1) gegen ein stehendes Schneidmesser (5) bewegt werden. Das Schneidmesser (5) arbeitet für den Schnitt mit einem drehenden Gegenmesser (11) zusammen. Das Transportmittel (9) weist wenigstens ein endloses Transportorgan (9) auf, mit dem die Produkte (1) gehalten und beim Schneidvorgang geführt werden. Das Transportmittel (11) ist vorzugsweise als Gegenmesser ausgebildet in Form einer drehenden Scheibe, die eine kreisrunde Schneidkante (31a) aufweist. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht eine ungetaktete Bearbeitung von Produkten (1), beispielsweise eines Schuppenstroms (29) aus Druckprodukten. <IMAGE>
