The lavatory pans (5) are produced by a machine (1), and rings (6) produced or supplied by another machine (2). Both pans and rings are conveyed and combined by a conveyor (3) and the rings placed beneath the pans. Intermediate units apply bonding agent especially slip. Pans and rings are die-cast in separate molds (12,16;22,26)

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Druckgussanlage bzw. ein Herstellungsverfahren zum Herstellen von WC's mit einer WC-Schüssel-Druckgusspresse (1) zum Herstellen von WC-Schüsseln (5), einer WO-Ring-Bereitstellungseinrichtung (2) zum Herstellen oder Zuführen von WC-Ringen (6) und einer Transporteinrichtung (3, 31, 32) zum Transportieren und Zusammenführen von WC-Schüssel (5) und WC-Ring (6). Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung und Verkürzung von Maschinenstandzeiten wird vorgeschlagen, dass das WC aus WC-Ring (6) und WC-Schüssel (5) in der WC-Schüssel-Druckgusspresse (1) umgekehrt zur späteren WC-Benutzungslage ausgerichtet zusammengesetzt wird. <IMAGE>
