[origin: EP1273733A2] The device (5) for pulling out the sun-blind fabric uses the magnetic attraction force between a magnet (10) and a counter-piece (13) to keep the fabric tensioned when in a pre-determined starting position, until the magnetic attraction force is exceeded. The sun-blind can be of the articulated arm, drop-down arm, conservatory, vertical arm, window or isolette type.
