Abstract (en)
The valve has a housing and a piston (30), which engages on a valve needle (10) via a pressure piece (32). The cylindrical pressure piece is guided stationary in a guide sleeve (36) in the housing. It has a dead-end bore (39), open towards the valve piston, with the piston engaging on the base of the bore. A non-central leakage oil bore (37) extending in longitudinal direction of the pressure piece, connects the end face facing the valve needle, to the dead-end bore.

Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem eine kolbenförmige Ventilnadel (10) längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist, die durch ihre Längsbewegung mit dem brennraumseitigen Ende wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (16) steuert. In einer im Gehäuse (1) ausgebildeten Kolbenbohrung (26) ist ein Ventilkolben (30) angeordnet, der zumindest näherungsweise koaxial zur Ventilnadel (10) längsverschiebbar ist und der unter Zwischenlage eines Druckstücks (32) an der Ventilnadel (10) anliegt. Das Druckstück (32) ist an seiner Außenmantelfläche zylindrisch ausgebildet und ist in einer ortsfest im Gehäuse angeordneten Führungshülse (36) geführt (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
