Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1273865A2] A system (5, 6, 8) is provided for guiding a first fluid from a first compartment (3) into an adjacent second compartment (4) in the collection tube, outside the middle wall between these compartments. A first fluid is made to flow through a number of preferably flats arranged one after the other in at least two rows at right angles to the flow direction for an external fluid. The ends of the tubes communicate with at least one collection tube divided in its length direction into at least two compartments by a partition wall. Independent claims are also included for two methods for making the heat exchanger.
