[origin: WO0181762A1] The invention relates to a measuring gas pump (1)having a housing (2) with a pump chamber (3) located therein, which is closed by a working membrane (5). The membrane (5) is connected to a crank mechanism (9) by means of a connecting rod (8) or a similar lifting organ. A heating device is provided in the upper area of the pump housing, especially in the head of the pump (10). In order to reduce heat transmission to the crank mechanism, through holes (11) that reduce heat conductivity, that are spaced in the longitudinal direction of the connecting rod and that are offset in peripheral direction are provided in the drive-transmission area between the head of the connecting rod (6) located on the membrane side and the crank mechanism (9). Furthermore, a surface enlargement, especially by means of cooling ribs (12), is provided for heat dissipation at least in the area close to the crank mechanism.
