A device (1) for separating cut-board portions, designed for application to a trimming machine (40), is characterized in that said device (1) comprises a motor-driven roller assembly (3) which can be raised and lowered with respect to a surface defined by two or more pluralities of conveyor chains (5,6,9) which are arranged in perpendicular directions to the roller assembly (3) feeding direction and can slide in opposite directions. <IMAGE>
