Abstract (en)
Control strip or block with an arrangement of control fields for checking and control of multi-ink printing with a gravure printer. The control strip comprises control fields (6) with first (5) and second (4) partial control fields, whereby the first partial field comprises color gray value balance fields from cyan, magenta and yellow, while the second partial fields are uncolored black raster fields with tone values from 0 to 100 percent. The tone values of the first and second control fields are chosen so that individual combined control fields appear as a single color surface.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kontrollstreifen oder Kontrollblock, enthaltend eine Anordnung von Kontrollfeldern zur Kontrolle und/oder Steuerung des Mehrfarbendruckes eines Tiefdruckverfahrens, wobei der Kontrollstreifen oder Kontrollblock Mehrbereich-Kontrollfelder (6) mit je einem ersten (5) und zweiten Kontrollteilfeld (4) enthält und a) die ersten Kontrollteilfelder (5) bunte Graubalancefelder aus dem Übereinanderdruck der Primärfarben Cyan (C), Magenta (M) und Yellow (Y) in abgestuffen Tonwerten von 0-100% sind und b) die zweiten Kontrollteilfelder (4) unbunte Rasterfelder von Schwarz (K) in abgestuften Tonwerten von 0-100% sind, und die Tonwerte des ersten und zweiten Kontrollteilfeldes (5,4) eines Mehrbereich-Kontrollfeldes (6) so gewählt sind, dass das Mehrbereich-Kontrollfeld (6) als einheitliche Tonfläche erscheint und die beiden Kontrollteilfelder (5,4) eines Mehrbereich-Kontrollfeldes (6) unmittelbar und einander anstossend benachbart sind. Der Kontrollstreifen weist ferner ein Farbverlauf-Kontrollfeld (10) in Ausführung eines streifenförmigen Rasterfeldes (11) des Primärfarbe Schwarz (K) auf, wobei das Farbverlauf-Kontrollfeld über seine Längsausdehnung einen nach Sollwerten kontinuierlich ansteigenden oder abnehmenden Verlauf der Tonwerte von 0-100% wiedergibt und am seitlichen Längsrand des streifenförmigen Rasterfeldes die dazugehörigen Sollwerte des Tonwerte (12) in abgestufter Einteilung aufgeführt sind. <IMAGE>
