The door is integral with a driven arm having a sliding zone in which a pin (24) integral with a drive element is able to slide, in such a way that the door is able to tack and slide between a closed position, in the vehicle bodywork plane, and an open position, in a plane approximately parallel to the bodywork plane. The pin is integrated with a cable (22) and arranged in an oblong orifice of the arm. <??>Independent claims are included for the following: <??>(1) drive mechanism manufacturing and fitting method; <??>(2) motor vehicle sliding door; and <??>(3) carriage block.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement d'une portière coulissante pour véhicule automobile, ladite portière étant solidaire d'au moins un bras mené présentant une zone de coulissement dans laquelle un doigt solidaire d'un élément menant peut coulisser de façon que ladite portière puisse louvoyer et coulisser entre une position fermée, dans le plan de la carrosserie du véhicule, et une position ouverte, dans un plan sensiblement parallèle audit plan de la carrosserie. <IMAGE>
