Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10128059C1] The cooling pump has a pump wheel (11) fitted to a pump shaft (2), provided with a belt drive disc (3) and mounted in a pump housing (1), with a blocking device (7) preventing reverse rotation of the pump shaft. A sleeve (8) fitted to the pump shaft over the reverse rotation blocking device carries a rotor (9) of an electric motor having a stator (10) mounted within the pump housing and used for driving the cooling pump.
