Abstract (en)
The safety igniter (5) for a pyrotechnic munition with a casing (1) containing a solid charge (4) comprises a solid block of a pentrite-based pyrotechnic or explosive compound in the shape of a cylinder with a diameter of 2-50 mm. The munition's pyrotechnic charge is an explosive or propellant charge. The igniter is near a plugged opening (3) and can be partly embedded in the main charge.

La présente invention a pour objet un allumeur de sécurité 5 pour élément de munition pyrotechnique comprenant une structure 1 en forme d'enveloppe et un chargement 4 pyrotechnique solide contenu dans la structure 1. Cet allumeur de sécurité 5, qui est uniquement constitué d'un bloc en composition pyrotechnique solide à base de pentrite, est destiné à engendrer la combustion sans détonation du chargement 4 pyrotechnique lorsque l'élément de munition est soumis à un échauffement lent. <IMAGE>
