[origin: WO0178756A2] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Agens zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels für den postoperativen Einsatz nach Entfernung von Knochentumoren, das aus einer Nukleinsäure hergestellt wird, indem eine an sich bekannte Sequenz zur Knochenwachstumsförderung und ein an sich bekannter Proteinaseinhibitor durch ein variables Spacermolekül verknüpft werden. Durch diese Verknüpfung kommt es zu einem neuartigen bifunktionellen Wirkstoff, der beide Eigenschaften in einem biologischen Molekül vereinigt. Die Erfindung findet Anwendung im medizinischen Bereich, insbesondere im Fachgebiet der Orthopädie.

The inventive agent is produced from a nucleic acid. A sequence known per se for promoting bone growth and a protease inhibitor also known per se are bonded by means of a variable spacer molecule. Said bonding results in a novel bifunctional active substance which combines both properties in one biological molecule. The invention is used in medecine, particularly in the specialist field of orthopaedics.
