Abstract (en)
The device has a roller drive and a packaging material dispenser unit with a first dispenser (16), moving parallel to the material roll and with a discharge path enclosing an acute angle with it. The angle is adjustable. A second dispenser (18) is mounted stationary and has a discharge path parallel to the material roll (2). The second dispenser is at a larger distance to the material roll than the first one, and carries packaging material (14), which is wider than that (10) of the first dispenser. The axial length of the material roll is determined before the packaging process.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle (2) angegeben mit einem Rollenantrieb (3, 4) und einer Verpackungsbahnspenderanordnung (16, 18), die mindestens einen parallel zur Materialbahnrolle verfahrbaren ersten Verpackungsbahnspender (16) mit einem Ausgabepfad (11) aufweist, der einen spitzen Winkel mit der Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle (2) einschließt, sowie ein Verfahren. Man möchte mit verhältnismäßig geringem Aufwand eine hohe Verpackungsleistung erzielen. Hierzu ist ein zweiter Verpackungsbahnspender (18) stationär angeordnet, der einen Ausgabepfad (17) aufweist, der parallel zur Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle (2) verläuft. <IMAGE>
