[origin: WO0183224A1] The invention relates to a printing device for imprinting a material to be imprinted, in roll form, especially rolls of labels and/or vouchers. The aim of the invention is to provide a simple means of changing the parts of the transport device that come into contact with the line of material to be imprinted from the freely accessible loading side of the line. Said means should not require post-adjustment. To this end, the printing device comprises a printing head unit (4), a transport unit (3) for the material to be imprinted and a housing panel (6) on which the printing head unit and the transport unit are fixed on one side, without support. The transport device comprises a rigid support which is permanently connected to the housing panel, a holding device which extends essentially parallel to the housing panel and is fixed on the rigid support, and at least one transport roller for transporting the material to be imprinted, which is mounted at both ends. The rigid support has connecting elements for detachably attaching the holding device and guiding elements which interact with corresponding guiding elements of the holding device.
