[origin: WO0167423A1] The present invention is a method and a system for interactively monitoring the behavior, attitude and educational state of individuals of an organization, especially in relation to ergonomically reasonable conduct of the individuals. The method and system provides an index representative of the bahavior, attitude and educational state. The index is provided by monitoring ergonomically relevant conditions of the individual's working surroundings and the individual's use of PCs or similar computers connected to the system and by means of information obtained by subjecting the individual to electronic questionnaires. The monitored data and data obtained by electronic questionnaires will be compared with reference data for providing instructions for the individual.
