Abstract (en)
The lifting element comprises an elastomer or rubber base (18) with a fastening (14) for attaching it to the inner cylindrical surface of the grinder, and wear plates (20) embedded in the base and alternating with layers of the base's material. The plates are trapezoid in shape and positioned to present attack faces (16) that form an acute angle with the grinder's axial plane, the size of the angle being a function of the grinder's operation.

L'élément de broyage proposé par l'invention est constitué d'un support ou socle (18, 28) en matière élastomère ou en caoutchouc et dans laquelle sont noyées des pièces d'usure. Ces pièces d'usure sont constituées de plaquettes (20, 36) orientées dans le sens de rotation et qui forment par leur côté champ la surface d'attaque de l'élément de broyage. Cette orientation des plaquettes d'usure augmente leur résistance aux chocs et réduit les risques de désolidarisation avec le support élastomère. <IMAGE>
